Refund policy

Due to current Covid-19 virus & disease prevention, returns/exchanges are not accepted at this time. If you have any issues with your order before or after you receive your shipment, please let us know by sending an e-mail to admin@tygcollection.com as soon as possible so we can address, and provide you the best service! :)

Please include your order number, the reason for your request, as well as clear, bright (well lit) pictures of the product in question.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will not accept requests made past 5 business days after receipt of product unless there is a natural disaster or catastrophic situation outside of human control. However, please reach out to us with questions or concerns : admin@tygcollection.com


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refunds on gift cards. Those SALES ARE FINAL!

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your e-mail and processed your information, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
